Just wondering if there is any social Dragon Boating teams looking for new female recruits? I would really like to give it a go this year but don't know who to try other than Hong Kong Paddle Club who look a little too serious for me.

no, you nong

they are essentailly a long canoe sort of boat, and a beater beats a drum for each "paddle" of the rowers. i think they sit 2 rowers side by side along the length of the boat, and paddle like you would a canoe.
