1) park'n'shop
2)residents' club....

or you can call one of the many, many agents here....

hmmm ... prices seem decent, any idea how much u can negotiate the prices ... the demand is really down so bargaining power is up ... thnx for the prompt replies, u guys are really on the ball to helpout newies, u should start charging the site for all the traffic u bring!

If its via an agent then they're not really willing to help you drop the asking price as it means less commission for them, You could always try the I've seen a similar place with a different agent trick and see if they're prepared to drop, try 10% off and the worst thing they could say is no.

ya, really seems demand has hit an all time low here. not sure if this is exact facts but the new chianti development here hasn't made any sales in the last month or more ... as well, since these appartments i saw haven't been touched in a while i'll really try to low ball them, haha. i'll put a post up a the discount that i squeeze out of them, then we can create standard for others ... thnx for the post
