Can anyone recommend a good (and hopefully relatively inexpensive) place to get a picture frame engraved? I think the jewelery stores can do it but maybe expensive....

I have used a little shop that does engraving just off Johnston Road. If you walk past the north side of Southorn playground in the direction towards Central with the tram tracks on your left hand side, you get to the corner of Southorn Playground, directly across the street is a small engraving shop ie before you come to 'Shine Hine City' amusement arcade. It has been there 20+ years and I noticed it was still there dodging the Wanchai 'Renewal' program.

I concur with HKNewBi........There are loads of frame making shops on the east side of Wan Chai near Admiralty. Look on WanChai Road and the roads running between Wan Chai Rd and Lockhart road. I have used a couple of them and they are really good. Very reasonable prices and excellent craftsmanship.
