| Central has a couple of shops on the escalator near queens road... $80-100 from what I recall. If you want no frills... just walk into any shop and you'll get a reasonable cut as long as you watch what the guy is doing and he can speak basic english (yes.. no).

| Salons are far from no-frills with the way they multi-task on customers. Takes an hour for them to do what a cut-throat barber can do in 15 minutes. If you want such a barber you could try the ground floor of the Bank of America tower in Central or the Fleet Arcade in Wanchai. |

| Baron, If you mean Taliana in BoA building, they have moved to Melbourne Plaza. And they are great for men's haircuts. |
