planning to go top beijing sometime soon since this seems to be the off-season and hence best tour deals available now...
can someone tell me where i can find the best flight deals(...as in cheapest) to beijing from HK??

but beware, it is off season because beijing is f***ing freezing this time of the year, esp if you come from warm HK.

Beijing sucks in cold weather. I mean, it's like Moscow. Dirty snow, not pleasant to walk around and see things without freezing. Slush everywhere, and idiots driving on ice is even more insane than the normal idiots driving.

If you go--long underwear is a must. I flew up in February last year on Dragon Air which was pretty cheap, though I almost got in a fight with some jerks on the plane (who didn't know I spoke a bit of Mandarin).
