very different in prices and services.

in RIVA, it is buffet for appretizer and desserts, but must select main dish from menu (and you are looking at aprox HK$250 per person)

try Royal Garden Hotel TST.
they are well known for buffet for 20years already

Heard that there is one pretty interesting one starting in Intercontinental Grand Stanford in East TST at the end of this month in their Tea Terrace. Interesting tea selection and choco fondue on each table with a dessert buffet too.

Think there will also be live pianist.
