I will be going to HK today from Spore. Hope to try some great Dim Sum...heard that Serenade is not bad but not sure what's the address?

Also, nice steamboat or Shabu Shabu...any recommendations...heard "xiao fei yang" - little fat sheep is not bad...

And what's the address for the famous dessert shop - "Tang Chao"

I will be most glad if someone can share with me the nice places for the a/m fodd and the address....

I highly recommend Lei Garden for yum cha, there is one in IFC Mall and there's one in Causeway Bay

oh... the most famous one is in happy valley (across from the Hang Seng Bank near the gas station)

they actually have the most expensive "prawn dumpling" in hk
**hk$90 FOR 2pieces!!

but I would recommend the chinese restaurant next to Queen cafe (across from Manulife building in Causeway Bay, near the Ferrari Dealer)

But where can I find good japanese shabu shabu?
I've been looking for months. most japanese restaurants seem to stick to the old and proven sushi,sashi&bento combo concept...
