If Kowloon Dairy is part milk part powder then I am back to my orignal question.

Can I buy fresh milk in Hong Kong ?

Fresh Milk is defined as

Milk straight from cow via a pasturising process with NOTHING added.

Damm,

My wife's gonna kill me. She likes milk.....................

I shall take refuge in pretending that UHT is fresh.

Trappist Dairy

Success at last. Trappist dairy milk does go off if you leave for more than 4 days.

That's the one I recommend.

Anyone know of any good organic milk in HK ?

ahhh, Trappist - a real milk? at LAST! not synthetic? wow!!

reminds me of the old motor oil adverts.. "oils aint oils"... who was that? valvoline? someone from Oz should remember that one... i'm sure it was jack brabham that did the ad... or am i getting REALLY fuzzy with age?

anyway, in HK, it seems "milk aint milk"
