A good idea may be to look at the financial-aid centres of your target universities and ask some current students there thru email.
If you are looking for graduate studies, Asian Development Bank has some scholarship schemes for Asian countries.
Some students in graduate school at HKU are supported by those.
Also, all the banks we see around do have some study loan schemes with easy pay-back terms .
Anybody aboard GeoExpat from such institutions? Any clues?.
