I ordered custom dining room chairs from New Bedford Interiors Ltd., G/F, 67 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, phone: 2520.0330.
Here was my experience:
Fiona Chan had the best selection of fabric in a contemporary design that I found. I also preferred the style of chair she offered. When the chairs were delivered the wrong side of the fabric has been used. I really thought I was stuck with a fabric I didn’t order and didn't like. But I phoned her to see what she would say. She checked with the factory, confirmed (within one day) they used the wrong side. She had them picked up the next day, re-did them and returned them in less than one week. I am VERY pleased with her customer service and quality of workmanship. I would like to HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone buying new custom furniture. She is a joy to deal with.
