many people like Tiffany especially metropolitian girls. but for good value, i think http://www.chowtaifook.com/ or any other Chinese chain jewellery stores. i remember when they are on promotion period customers can bring home for few days and return it for full refund or 90% refund.

There are some loacal whole saler shops about in central, my husband got me my engagment ring from there they are alot cheaper then the shops cause they get the diamonds from the wholesalers, and you are missing out the middle man (the chain stores) and the commissions of the sales people. You get to choose any style setting you want made to order.
