i'm looking for an apartment. my current 1bedroom 500 sqfeet pad is too small, an i need something around 700 sqft and 2 bedrooms. i want advice on 2 scenarios:
1) since my office is in taikoo, what are the rents for serviced apartments around northpoint or quarry bay or taikoo?
2) i'm thinkin distance be damned, i want a nice cozy place in DBay/Lamma Island.

what are the rents that i should be ready for in each case?
