Smile Okonomiyaki@food court

I tried it once there.
It shamed me very much.
Okonomiyaki originated from Kansai area (Osaka area) Japan.
We often cook it at home and we have our own way to cook.
If you want to enjoy authentic okonomiyaki, don't go to the food court.

I like it as well.

I bought a package of Okanomiyaki from Jusco supermarket, and add food into it by myself, is good taste!

Smile It's the best way!

We can buy Okonomiyaki package at Japanese supermarket.
Jusco, Uny, Sogo and City Super!

Add some water and egg,
+ other things (Tenkasu, SpringOnion, diced Pink ginger, dried shrimp)
Mix well
Don't forget to add tons of sliced cabbage.

Fry some pork on the pan and pour above mixture on it.
Wait for several minutes and turn it over.
And wait for more minutes and turn it over again.
Press it with the turner. You could enjoy sizzle.
When you feel a savory smell, it's time to eat.

Put some okonomiyaki sauce (you can buy it at above shops) and mayonaise (if you like it) and sprinkle seaweed powder and fish flake.

Make it at home- it's easy

I've tried the okonomiyaki at Watami, Sogo and one of those food stalls in City Super but they are not up to par, only if you are desperate. I suggest that you make it at home, it's really fast and easy.... besides "okonomiyaki" means "how you like it cooked" so you can put in the stuff you like. Mmmm "hiroshima style" is awesome too!
