| | | Anyone for Poker?
Hi, there was a poker thread a little while back. Not sure what became of it, so I'm starting another one.
So, anyone wants in on a night of poker? No-limit, stakes of say maybe HK$0.25/HK$0.50 blinds, or negotiable. Someone will also have to host it at their place cos I live in Tai Po and I doubt many people would want to travel here. Plus I don't have poker chips and such like. Saturday or Sunday night would be good.

| | i would play but prefer tournament style. ie. $25-100 per person. Each player get 2k chips or something start blinds on 25/50 and increase them every 20-30 mins. Last player standing takes the pot?

| | ive got 2 friends i can always call up to get out for some poker! i am moving into a new flat in 2 weeks and would be more than happy to host some poker nights! Only thing i lack is chips, but i have been meaning to invest in some for quite some time now!

i doubt toys r us are the standard chips so i'll check out stanley when i go there this upcoming weekend. the card shuffler is a great idea though. | |

| | | I wouldn't bother with a card shuffler to be honest. They end up taking more time than it's worth. Other than that, I'm looking forward to it....Fri nights are probably better for me. I have mandarin classes on Thursday evenings |
