hey, I found out where you can buy the "casino chips"
there is a shop behind Sogo Department store (walking toward the Wan Chai directly, passing the Indonisian restaurant and there is a small shop under stair of a building.

also, you can find another one in the "sports shoes" street of MongKok

no..you can only play in private home...
illegal to do this at restaurants or bars
(except you do it during the wedding dinner in a chinese restaurant)
