Which industries/companies need non-local more?

A few of my friends with no HKID got hired by the Big 4 Accounting firms, is it true its easier for these big organisations to get working visa for non-local?

I am wondering if it's easier for Australian or Macau ppl to get working visa in HK since i have a dual citizenship.
