Moving to HK

Looks like my wife and I will be moving to HK. She is the one w/ the job offer, but I would like to have something lined up before we get there. I have been in Information Technology for 9 years, currently as network administration and telecom. I saw the links to jobs on this site. Is jobsdb the best place to look? I speak english only (doh!). Any advice helpful.

Expect a million more questions. I have been lurking for a while, lots of great info so far.

I was in the same situation as you, Background in I.T and fluent only in English, I ended up having to retrain to make myself more employable.

I applied for numerous companies etc and never got any kind of response despite 16 years experience of working in blue chip financials etc.

p.m me if you want to know more.

sigp226 is on a distinguished road
It may be a little risky to move to HK without getting familiarized. I recomend you spend at least 2 weeks in HK and see how you feel. Ask yourself what's important and see if you could get those in HK.
