Thumbs up I miss my car

All of you who have ever driven a car and have fond memories of particular cars list them here. All you need to do is type 2 lines. One line for the car's details and a second line describing why it needs a mention. I'll start:

Ford Cortina 1600E

I owned two, first during 1982 and then 1986. Didn't have much money then but thought I was driving a "performance saloon". Great looks and sound build quality (for a Ford) and so easy to work on.

LX Holden Torana 202 re-bored (76 model, i think)

tough, gutsy, easy to work on. only bit of work i couldn't do on it was pull the engine out - changed diffs, carby, extractors, wheel bearings and all that sort of maintenence etc all at home. took it off a 30 foot drop in the wet into a scrubby creek, only bent a fender... only sold it cos during uni it was drinking more than i was, and that's saying something...

next car, 1983 subaru 1800 wagon... loved it cos could go places in the mud/wet that the old mans landcruiser couldn't... that's when you'd sarcastically repeat : "why dont u get a real 4WD son..."

First and last car: A nice Volvo 460. (from 1999 - late 2004)...

I loved it... it took me everywhere: From Germany to Portsmouth, Stockholm, Marseille, Moscow, crazy dates / partys etc., and always without serious health problems... I really miss it much!

I've never owned a car but I miss driving. I just used to drive other people's cars around while I was in Chicago - namely my ex-boyfriend's car which was a manual. Too bad I don't need a car in Hong Kong...

Have you guys ever gone along the repulse bay area and just see those smart-looking cars drive by, one every few minutes? Those wealthy locals seem to have garages full of boxsters, maybacs and the like!

Good times with the car? Or in the car? Backseat perhaps?
