Hi there,

I just arrived in HKG and my company is going to sponsor my work permit but has not much experience in doing so because I am replacing a HKG national and they never dealt with foreigners. We asked our law firm over here to handle the application process but they will charge about 20,000 HKG. Since I am replacing a HKG national and am already in HKG the application is a bit tricky and thus we would like to use someone professional to handle it. Do you have any suggestions whom we could use? Maybe someone that does not charge as much as 20k (or is this the going market rate)?

Its not that difficult !! Do it yourself. Telephone immigration and they will tell you what they need. Simple.
