Hello, I am want to do the helicopter tour around HK but before I go ahead, I would like to know if some of you have tried it. It is a X-mas present for my boyfriend and if it is a tourist trap and not really worth it, then I won't do it.....anybody has tried??? THANKS

I've done a helicopter trip from Macau to HK but never a pleasure trip around the city.

I know that the Peninsula has a package that includes dinner at one of thier restaurants with it. I've wanted to do that for a while but it has proven difficult to find 3 others that want to fork out the dough to do it with me

I did however just get off of a boat trip around HK. It started in Sai Kung, went through the harbor, stoped at TST and then to Repulse. It was a great way to see HK. I didn't book the trip, but it couldn't have been that expensive because it was only $250HK/person and there were less than 15 of us on the boat.
