Can anyone recommend the best place to buy Japanese Anime (films, tv series) dvds?

I know of a few shops (stalls really, the size of a small bedroom) in Kwai Fong but they literally have the same stuff every time that I visit (GitS, the Appleseed movie, Giant Robo, the Studio Ghibli box set, etc.) and I've already got everything that I like from amongst the titles that they offer.

Ideally, they'd have both old and new stuff, popular and obscure, and a large selection with new stuff being stocked as soon as its available.
