The apartment is located in Sin On Building at 484-496 the Queen's Road in the city of Shek Tong Tsui.

The community is so convenient. Within 100 yards of the appartment, you have:

1. The public library of the city of Shek Tong Tsui

2. The Sports Centre of Shek Tong Tsui

3. The local Market of Shek Tong Tsui

4. Hang Seng Bank, HSBC and other banks.

5. McDownalds KFC and hundreds of other restaurants and fast food shops.

6. Two shopping malls: Hong Kong Commercial Center and Pacific Plaza.

7. Supermarkets like: Park&Shop and Welcome; 24-hour shops like 7-11 and OK

It is 2 minute walk from the tram and bus station which can take to anywhere in Hong Kong Island (like Amiralty, Causway Bay, Central, North Point, Happy Valley and etc)

By bus, it only takes you 10-15 minutes to the Central. If you'd like some work-out in the morning, you can walk to MTR station or the Business center of Sheung Wan too. It only takes about 20 minutes. This is what I will do everyday.

The flat is around 500 sq feet and in the 8th floor of the builidng. Since it is facing the court of the building, even if it is in such a commercial center, it is very quite.

The apartment has big bedroom of 75 sq feet ( of coursem in hong kong standard) and a very spacious living room.

it is so well renovented even close to luxurious. It even has wall paper and ceiling decoration.

The apartment is equipped with every thing:

1. A new microwave

2. Broadband internet

3. Cable TV

4. Half-new fridge

5. Electronic heater

6. Washing machine and laundry dryer

7. air-conditioners.

8. An american style kitchen open to the living room with all the cooking facilities.

9. All other neccessary facilities.

Basically, you can just move in with your suitcase.

Right now, I am looking for a roommate. The rental is HK$ 3300 per month excluding utility bill.

The requirements of a roomate:

1. Long-term: at least one year.

2. Have a decent job

3. Humorous and out-going

The contract will start around 20th of December.
