Oops, I missed your other post, so didnt mean to ask something you already answered. BTW - is it true the Intuos 3 is not available in Asia? It seems available in the US, Europe and of course on eBay for about US$280, but not yet in Asia?

I'm not so sure about that... but I have already seen a lot of Intuos here... not sure what number though. Are you a graphics designer?

Yeah, log on to the links at the bottom right of the page:

If you're interested in more, i'll post some more sites of the guys/forums that design computer games: garage outfits, but wicked great work. Toshiba R10/15 is a tablet notebook with a Wacom Cintiq built in the screen! Try to get me a pricing for it, will'ya?

Aaah, those things. They come pretty expensive, ya know. Only for those REALLY good designers who need it and can afford it. That must be you!

Will look out for that. But I'm dying to get a second monitor rather than a screen tablet. hehehe.

I just wanna say that try before you buy, alot of people never get used to the pen.
And dont buy the bigger sizes i use A5 and its perfect less arm movement and since you can adjust the tablet to screen size via software it up to you how small you want to draw.
I did get an A4 from work at first, but i traded it for an A5 since the A4 was such a hog and i eelt like i was getting a tennis arm from moving over such a large area.
Try and see what feels more ergnomic for you, and try to picture doing those movements for a period of time.
Small things are usaly the more important in the long run, but to ew people think of them.

Wacom Tablet

Hi every one,
I am a furniture designer who is constantly doing sketches etc while I am on the run, eg. I have an idea and want to sketch it out and have it saved.

Would the Wacom be good for me?. For example I travel alot and spend alot of time on planes. If I draw a picture on the Wacom can I store it on the tablet untill I get to the hotel or office?

Thanks for your help, im a bit unsure about the whole tablet thing...
