There's a store in SOHO called Euro that sells some German food.
Also, we've listed a German butcher in our directory

You also find a small selection of German groceries in the Delicatessen Corner of the Holiday Inn. It used to be a lot better though.
The new City Super in IFC 1 has a lot of nice food a German heart might desire...
