| I disagree with the previous poster, I think as an experienced teacher, you risk being very unhappy with the NET system.
Many schools have trouble using NET teachers appropriately and the local system could hardly be called progressive. On top of that, you'd have very little opportunities for advancement. On the positive side, it gets you a foot in the door and it's decent pay.
As to schools to apply, I'd recommend Renaissance(under ESF) Canadian International School, Chinese International School, HKIS and German Swiss) You'll have better luck if you have IB experience and those schools usually attend fairs so you'd have to plan for that.
There are other good smaller schools that pay a bit less but are also a foot in the door. |
