| Life Assurance Just moved to HK, a 37 year old non smoking (but drinking...) Brit. Anybody have any recommendations on companies for life assurance, or a reliable broker/advisor. thanks |

| Well, I can assure you taht you are still alive. If you're looking for INsurance, its super cheap! I pay <$1,400 annually for full medical/travel/and china insurance. |

| No. what GeorgeWbush referred was a Annual Travel Insurance. Paulmears, if you want to buy a life insurance in HK, it's easy. I think it has already a lot of life insurance agents approached you because many of them are hungry for business. |

| Full medical will run you about HK$7-10K. The problem with the local plans is that their coverage is pretty mediocre. Take a look at Goodhealth and William Russell both of them are top notch plans with good payouts, high thresholds and quick payouts. Bupa is good .. but tends to be more expensive. |
