| MrCheese...think you should try the Ultimate Ears SuperFi 5 Pro instead of Shure E4s. Is everything the Shures are but with proper bass which Shures sorely lack. I swapped my Shures for the Pro 5s. TOOTS... get all the MP3s you want for free by downloading them from Limewire. Install the software, then just search for whatever songs you want. 99% are MP3s, which you can then directly transfer to your MP3 player. Not strictly legal, but who cares? Nobody's been done in HK yet for downloading MP3s and I don't think they will anytime soon. I know people with 10s of thousands of MP3 songs downloaded this way. |

| TOOTS... www.limewire.com. Download the 'Basic' version for free. If you're going to enter the dark world of 'illegal' downloading, of which no doubt you've heard a lot of controversy about, you need to keep updated on the news front. Keep in touch with this website: www.slyck.com. Once again, I don't think there is any danger to downloading MP3 songs in HK. The P2P (sharing) community is an ever expanding one, so the prosecutors are fighting a losing battle. In fact, France has just announced plans to legislate for the legalisation of P2P of sorts. But just to keep on the safe side, download just a few a day, and also you might want to turn off your 'upload' capacity by going to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, then SHARING, then uncheck SHARED FINISHED DOWNLOADS. Do these things, and you have a much better chance of keeping below the radar of the prosecutors. Of course, to any prosecutors reading this, this is all hearsay, and I've never used Limewire, or any other P2P, ever. |
