I've been searching any professional baking school and I'm devoted to make tasty bread or cake or planning to open a little cafe & baking shop in HK. I've been learning some courses but i found they are not really professional. I always pratise at home but the taste is not really good. Does anyone know there is any good baking school in HK ? I am appreciated all yr advices. [/SIZE

there are baking /cake/bread classes in SOGO department store!!

when you enter SOGO department store, talk to the receiption. (the class should be on the 16th floor, I think)

there are also flower class, tea class, etc...
