Comments on Merton at Kennedy Town

Hi All

Anyone has comments on this new development which is next to Manhanttan Heights? Its totally brand new and most has seaview on Tower1. Is the commute by public transport from here to Central fuss free at 8am? The surroundings are pretty local and are the local retail shops friendly and warm. I notice that the are many local eateries there.

Any comments are much appreciated.
