One of my all-time favorites in HK is Jimmy's Kitchen on Wyndham Street. If you go, you have to try their baked alaska. Brings back memories of going there with my dad as a kid.

Best Pub Grub - Korean food and beer! Amazingly fresh homemade Korean dishes are being served at Sugardolls, a little bar where the cigar shop used to be at 54 D'Aguilar, thanks to its Korean owner. A hidden jewel, which I was overjoyed to find today. (cheap but honest food in Central is becoming impossible to find)

Unfortunately, yes. Sugardolls is a bar (a small one at that) so the little lunch thing seems to be just something for them to do to fill the off hours. Nonetheless, I couldn't have tasted them all in a day without sampling from the dishes of people I was with (we're a sharing kinda crowd).

Best Italian in TST is Incontro (by far). It's next door to the Grand Stanford in the same building as Ruth's Chriss.
