Hi there,

Thanks for all of your reply. I'm surprised to see all of you here! My bf enjoyed the asian food there. Surpringly, he spotted the "UNOX" sausage in Sogo! He may prepare a dinner for my family one day.

Yep indeed luckaly there is Unox rookworst here !
Then he can make "Boerenkool met worst,..or Erwtensoep).
But becarful wat you will let him cook for youre parents, my parents-in-law are still wondering what they should do with this chunk of special old cheese I brougth them..... ,..yep indeed a VERY Dutch gift,...didnt want to give them a couple of joints straight away.
But nice to here that e enjoyed it here, join us (once the date workes out) for a beer someday,..would love o here about his "culture shock"

Christmas been allright for all of you?
Winter now is settling in here in Holland. First night of serious frost.
Time for Boerenkool en Rookworst indeed.

Luckaly I can also have the Boerenkool en Worst here in HK,..where it is A BIT WARMER !! But with the frost coming you might have a "Elfsteden tocht !!"
