Am in need of a real kick assine receipe for Blue Cheese Dressing.
As I need a bucketful of the stuff am financially constrained to Danish Blue but everything is open to suggestion

The operative word was kickassine, but fiqar not I have been put in touch with a 'chopped salad' afficionado who salivates at the thought of BCD.
So far I have been told to get a kilo each of Roaring Forties Blue and homemade fullcream Yogurt, and a 100 grams of real paparika. The rest the master blaster will provide.
If it surpasses the buildup I will definitey be posting the receipe
