Question Browser display problem

Dear administrator,

I've just joined this site. My browser is not working properly. The right hand side of the page is cut off for at least one inch. For example, I can see only 2 smiles (horizontal) and the rest of the right hand side is cut off, and I can't see the complete messages posted. What kind of display setting are you using? How can I fix this problem? Thanks.

Set your display resolution to 1024x768.

Chances are its set to 800x600 (which used to be the standard about 3 or 4 years ago).

Let me know if you need help with this.

Thanks, knowitall, just changed the resolution, but the words are really small.

Lammarite, what is the size of your monitor?

My desktop is 17" and my laptop is 14". You can change the text size if you go to 'View' at the top of your page.

Effectively proving that its not the size of the monitor but how you configure it, that matters.

I have been browsing this site for a month. This screen problem only happened since last week. I didn't change any settings of my monitor. Please advice.

Last week we sort of fixed the resolution to 1024 width.
