No surcharges for credit card bookings and they have access to a huge inventory of specials.

For India / South Asia travel there are a bunch of no-frills agents like Nanda etc.

Would also add Tiglion to that. Cheap deals, friendly efficient service, tho unlike above theres 3% on credit cards but cash at their Wanchai office no probs. Prob not good for arranging fancy package holidays or luxury trips but, like you, I was just wanting to find cheap fares!
