I often saw people with stand up collar in shirts or polo shirts. How do they do that. I tried to use starch to spray on it but it seems it only holds half a day. Any suggestions?

Well, try to ironing the collar before you wear. It does work.

Went back to London recently and noticed this is now a big trend over there. BTW, mine also flops after a while even though its ironed..
