There's a good one on Lamma- the Sichuan restaurants I've been to in HK haven't been so good- especially the Red Pepper or whatever it's called in Causeway Bay

There's a very very good hot pot restaurant in Kennedy Town on Holland Street. They also offer the Sichuan variety of hot pot cooking..

My wife loves that place in Kennedy Town. It's right by the tram tracks. Red interior, kind of nice.

Guys,
I went there last night...very good chonqging hot pot...reminded me when I was there (except the price of course, which is cheap for HK but 5 times the price of the one from Chengdu or Chonqging :-)).
I recommend this place for those interested...really nice !

i have another suggestion, i've found a hot-pot restaurant at Kowloon City. They emphasis their daily freash meet and vegetable, the interior design is very modern and nice.

everybody said it is a good place, i'd recommend this place to all of my friends too.
