Assuming that you are using a client like Outlook have you set the outgoing mail server name to smtp.netvigator.com?

Which e-mail client are you using?

If outlook, there should be a button to test the settings.

try changing your SMTP (outgoing mail) server settings to the what PCCW recommends.

my smtp settings are set to the company's outgoing mail server. They are picky about security and such.....but it is the correct server address.

Whats funny is that when I stayed in the Shangri La, and used the internet there, it worked fine.

Probably your company's SMTP server is blocking certain IP ranges because of relaying abuses. You better use PCCW's SMTP server when sending emails.

i use my own SMTP server with PCCW's connection and i have no problem with it. Do you have any firewall setup for your connection at home?
