Baking Classes
Hi,

New to HK - enforced bachelor waiting to bring wife and kids over. In the meantime have weekends absolutely free and want to learn how to bake (bread etc). Any ideas on weekend classes ? Have looked on the net with zilch answers :-(

Also want to learn sailing !! Any thoughts on that ?

the RHKYC have some good sailing courses

re baking - buy a delia smith book - was my bible for all cooking at uni!
