Climate Control for DH's Room

I would greatly appreciate any advice on air conditioning and heating units for our DH's room. The room is about 50 sq. feet and has 3 square windows. It is very hot and humid in the summer and can be quite cold for a couple of months in the winter. I know nothing about these units and would appreciate advice re models, btu/hour, hp, shops, anything at all. Thank you for your help! Kathleen

Look at portable heaters. You'll find them everywhere around this time of the year.

Pricerite has good deals and you can often find a good bargain at Park 'N Shop or Watsons if they've brought a container or two in from China.

Ditto for portable aircons and fans.

Some of the portable units perform heating, cooling and dehumidification.

Some form of curtain-like system may also help- especially in the summer if they are reflective ones.
