Seems to be the going rate, I was going to be charged about the same after getting root canal treatment done the other week.

I need my wisdom teeth done soon as well

this dentist is in central. i m not paying that kinda amount at all.

well, i tried a dentist in North Point. but ya, looks like, the more u go towards Central, the more expensive it gets. $2000 in North Point, $2500 in Causeway Bay and $6000 in Central.

Dentist in HK are seafood prices. I've paid 3.5k for root and another 3.5k for the crown which was based in Central. I've used another in Mong Kok which was the same price but the quality of work was a LOT better than the Central setup.

I think the min your looking at in HK is around 2.5k. Any lower and I wouldnt trust the quality of the materials used. I once had a filling done for $300 and it actually FELL out after a week. The ones in Central costs me $600 but at least they stay put!

SMILE!
