Roast Beef and Yorkshire puddings in HK??

Does anyone know a good place to get a traditional British Sunday lunch with all the trimmings!
We have been here a month now and I suddenly have a craving!
Any help would be much appreciated!

The worst thing is flats here dont seem to come with ovens which makes cooking it yourself impossible. Incidently, 'trimmings' include crackling and horseradish....

(or mint or apple sauce depending...)

Delaneys do a very good roast but I am unsure if they are open for food on Sundays.

Thanks for the tip for Fat Angelos I'll give that a try next week!

It was Delaneys that we made it to and the Beef was excellent, with a good selection of Vegetables etc.

Finally moving to HK week on Friday and will be living in Mid Levels.

The sunday roast has made me think a bit, my flat in HK has an oven but now wondering how easy it is to get a good slab of beef or lamb and also some good red vino for a reasonable price (whats the price of a drinkable aussie cab sav ?)

Also is it easy to get good mustard in HK, either Colmans English, or Canadian Keens would be good or should I bring some supplies.

Must admit I love the local food when in HK , but do need a Sunday special every couple of weeks or so and then watch a taped game (preferably Arsenal) on Sunday afternoon with feet up on the sofa...

Good recommendations may earn a Sunday special invite after I have practiced with the new kitchen..

You can get most things in CIty Super, and good wine can be got easily from Berry Bros. It is a bit more expensive than the UK, but defo worth it!

Claire

thanks , didn't realise Berry Brothers were in HK. Many moons ago used to do their audit when I worked at Ernst and Young so very familar with their selection they had in UK, guess will have to call a few friends who may still work there in London and see if I can still wangle a auditor discount for some...

Think they will be on the list for some shopping the first week..
