Hi I was wondering if someone would be able to direct me -- I'm needing a meeting room for December - 17 & 18th 9:30am - 5:30pm
and again on January 7 & 8 9:30am - 5:30pm

It would need to be large enough to hold about 25people

I just need a room and chairs - possibly a room that isn't too hot.

There are a lot of hotels in Hong Kong offer meeting room. Please check them out. Their service is excellent. Some may also provide equipments that you may need in the meeting.

There is a great facility called Cliftons, they have an office in Quarry Bay as well as Central. Their website is www.cliftons.com. The guy I dealt with is Tony Lee- highly recommended.
