How does one get a drivers liscence in HK? Are they transferrable from the US? Do many people drive motorcycles, or is it too dangerous?

There are plenty of people riding around on motorcycles. Its as safe or dangerous as any populated city in the US. Most of the expats tend to be casual motorcycle riders and get their leather gear out and party with fellow HOGs in Stanley.
