Sai Kung - hands down
No better place than SK/Clearwater Bay for air and quality of living (unless you want to be really close to the bars in Lan Kwai Fong - there are few drawbacks).

pp2005 is on a distinguished road
Sai Kung & Clearwater Bay are good , but u need car will be convenience. Hang Hau is near that place have more public transpot. The air quality is better than Kowloon.

Is Hang Hau smelly due to near waste disposal area ?
