Seasons Fitness is the only gym I am aware of in central with an indoor swimming pool.

Are there any others ?

There's nothing wrong with Seasons, but it's a bit too far to walk to from the Exchange square area when time is tight.

Any recommendations would be helpful

As far as I know it is. Perhaps you can try the new Four Seasons Hotel. Swanky hotels normally have gyms and pools, perhaps you can inquire.

Your other option is to look at the fitness clubs in the hotels. Some of them *might* provide access to the pool as a part of the package.

Wait for the Madarin Oriental to come back later this year. They have an excellent pool upstairs.

There is a pool and small gym at YWCA (men or women can join) but I think this would be just as far, for you. (McDonnell Road, Central, near the Helena May)

Island Shangri-La offers gym membership with pool, but heard it is very expensive.
