Spring rolls/Samosas

Hi, does anyone know if I can order spring rolls/samosas in bulk? The ones in the supermarket are packs of 6, which is no use for a party. In the UK I used to buy packs of 40 frozen spring rolls...looking for something similar.

Ask an Indian restaurant -- they should be able to do a bulk deal on the samosas. And they'll be fresh...

They'll even manage to do spring rolls.

Locals would go to Maxims for the same. Samosas too.

for an even better deal, then Indian restaurants, head to the ground floor of Chung King Mansions, towards the back there are a couple 'fast food ' shops, Lahore and Kashmir.

Don't be taken in by their laid back appearance, I would think 95% of their business is takeaway. For your piece of mind ask to see the kitchen [not the hotplate behind the counter, I mean the one real one upstairs]

They should be able to deal with exact specs, after all they want you to come back, get them to deliver if it is a sizable order.

Friday is 'mutton biryani' day and might not be a good day to go over there as there is a line for the 'yani to go' and I have seen it go as far as the airport.

btw the paratha is superb

Most Filipina helpers can make spring rolls (lumpias). If you know of a helper (neighbour/friend) perhaps you can ask her to make some for you. Buy the ingredients and pay her for her time.

Ebeenzers in Wanchai make an awesome Biryani. Avail any day of the week and at any time.

It's on Natahan Road, TST opposite (ish) the Hyatt Regency.
