Digital prints on canvas?
Anyone know where I can go to get digital photos printed on canvas?

No, it wouldn't be cheap necessarily.. shutterfly charges the following prices for this service:

Size Price
16x20 $ 89.99
20x30 $ 129.99
24x36 $ 149.99

They ship internationally but I thought I might be able to find something here for substantially less money.

U can try Prolab, only inkjet, they have canvas but quite smooth tho' they test other fabrics if you want to bring some, ph 2893 2083 6 - 18 Tin Lok Lane, Wan Chai, not sure about prices x
