I am trying to import old emails in mBox format to my GMail account using Google Mail Loader. I used this before with success however this time around with the same settings and emails I can't seem to get it to work.
The error message suggests that netvigator is not allowing me to send emails in this format. Does anyone know if PCCW/netvigator has made changes in this area? Thanks.

You mean you want to use Netvigator's SMTP server but the sender's email address is other that netvigator's domain, e.g gmail.com?

Well I am trying to use GML and not Outlook/Ouutlook Express to send email.

well.. does it allow to set up special authentication parameters for your SMTP server? Because the trick is in that part.

I have the same problem, I am using Eudora, but I have gotten
around it, my solution is ugly but it works. I would write emails
having my return address that I want (xxx@yahoo.com), then when I send email, i need to change the sender email address to xxx@netvigator.com,

By special do you mean username and password authentication? The web page doesn't specify any more than that. GML just allows me to specify outgoing mail server name, username and password. This utility has not changed since I last used it. I think PCCW has changed something.
