Well yes there is because I often see it when I am at Mui Wo. But I think it counts as a kaido service not a full blown ferry. In fact the schedule is here:
http://www.discoverybayhk.com/dbkaitomuiwo.htm

It's quite an easy walk over from DB to Mui Wo as well, so since the weather forecast looks good that's how I'd probably do it. In fact even DB to Pui O the scenic way would probably only be 2.5 hours on foot.

Okie guys! Starting to write up a list of ppl who are coming so pm me if you wanna go as a geoexpat group.

The meeting place will be central pier no.6 which is near the Star Ferry at central http://www.nwff.com.hk/english/schedule/route.asp for times, fares and location. I suggest we take the 11am ferry. I know they leave pretty much on the dot so we can't be late. We go to Mui Wo and then take a bus to Pui O Beach.

I checked the weather and apparently it'll be up to 29C with sunny periods so looks promising!

Doesn't give you too much info on the site... Is this a free event open to the public?
