BTW, anyone who wants to go as a group together pm me their numbers and all so I can get a list together. What time are you guys thinking of going? I'm thinking noon (maybe a little before since we need to catch a boat) so we can get there, eat, lie on the beach, relax, pick up latin men and/or women etc. etc. Oooh, i'm so excited already!!

the latin festival didn't look too hot in stanley couple of weeks ago so not expecting much on sunday but once the geoexpats will be there, we'll show them how to have a good time..

Oh, this time it'll be good, trust me! I chatted up the band from Edge that will be playing there and they are super cool and super good. Plus, I also met some of the brazilian samba performers and they told me they would be there. (Didn't anyone notice the hot brazilian dude???!!! Oh, and for the guys, the chicks are cute too! Great dancers). Plus Angie, you're right, we're going to show everyone how to have a good time!!

Definitely swimming (if the water temperature is good), bring towels, beach mats, sunscreen..you know beachy stuff. Maybe inflatable balls. Just be ready for some fun under the sun (cross your fingers for good sunny weather like today!)

So what's everyone's consensus on a meeting time? The boat to lantau takes about an hour. I would say we get there in time for a good lunch. How bout everyone pm me their ideal time to get there and i'll make the final decision depending on what the majority wants? I say meet at the pier for the boat to Lantau. More details to come to keep an eye out on this thread!

i will be staying on lantau island this weekend but how do i get to pui o beach from discovery bay..think i have to take the ferry to central and get another ferry to pui o??!!...what a waste of time!!..so any easier solution?

Angiebabe, there is a ferry service that runs from DB to Mui Wo (Silvermine Bay) at specified times. From there you have to get on the bus to get to Pui O beach.
